Pets Prohibited

Service animals are permitted at the Western Montana Fair in accordance with ADA regulations and and Montana law (MCA 49-4-214). Exceptions apply only where the presence of the animal would fundamentally alter the nature of the goods, services, programs, or activities, as defined by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Service animals are excluded from the east-end of general admission seats of the Clouse Bauer Arena, 4-H Livestock Pavilion, and the Llama Barn (Building #34) which holds the poultry and rabbit exhibits during the Western Montana Fair.

When riding attractions, someone in the guest party must stay with the service dog, if applicable. Carnival personnel cannot care for nor be responsible for the service dog.
