Blue Mountain 4-H

Zoë Kinchen has been doing 4-H for three years and her favorite part of doing 4-H is the drama festival. Her tabletop project this year is cooking. She’s been cooking for a total of five years and she enjoys the independence of being able to choose and make her own food… and you can’t forget the sizzle! For her submission, she made a vegetable spring roll using rice paper, peanut butter, soy sauce, sweet chili paste, cabbage, carrots, basil, mint, and cilantro. Her favorite part of her submission was getting to make the rolls and then dip them in the sauce.
